The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />enter into that agreement by and between the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />and Aquatics Unlimited entitled "Agreement", copies of which are <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copies <br /> <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars concerning the <br /> <br />terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />3.
