<br />DAS:s~ 5/29/87 (#33) <br /> <br />JUN 1i987 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N Q. 1 0 51 5 <br /> <br />r ,- ,'.. <br />L~,,;GirJJ1L <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL <br />MAP 86-13 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID <br />SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO DEDICATE <br />EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications and <br /> <br />easements described therein) of Parcel Map 86-13 subdivision in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, prepared by Dominion Engineering Co., <br /> <br />Inc. and Brian-Kangas-Foulk & Associates, consultants for John <br /> <br />Pellarin, Inc., owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br /> <br />determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative <br /> <br />map for said subdivision, is approved, subject to the following <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("Ci ty") for recordation, the owners or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owners or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Parcel Map 86-13 Subdivision" Subdivision" <br />wherein Owners, in consideration of the approval of said map <br />by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br />specified in said agreement, all improvements required of <br />Owners under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of <br />said City, and such other improvements designated or <br />mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the Owners shall furnish to City and file with <br />the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance of said Owners of all work and <br />construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in <br />said agreement, within the time therein specified, the <br /> <br />1051;") <br />
