<br />DAS:sh 5/29/87 (#19) <br /> <br />JUN 1 1987 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 51 6 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF <br />PARKWOOD ESTATES SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; <br />ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND APPROVING <br />AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE <br />ALLOCATION OF SEWER CAPACITY AND THE MAINTENANCE AND <br />REPAIR OF THE SEWER SYSTEM FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications or <br /> <br />easements described therein) of Parkwood Estates subdivision in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, prepared by Frahm, Edler, Cannis, <br /> <br />consultant for Tommy J. Daley, Leslie Anne Daley, Ernest J. <br /> <br />Polati, Jacquelyne A. polati and Country Club Investments, a <br /> <br />Limited Partnership, owners of record of said subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the <br /> <br />tentative map for said subdivision, is approved, subject to the <br /> <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owners or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Parkwood Estates Subdivision" (" Improvement <br />Agreement") wherein Owners, in consideration of the approval <br />of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br />in the time specified in said agreement, all improvements <br />required of Owners under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br />regulations of said City, and such other improvements <br />designated or mentioned in said agreement; as well as enter <br />into and execute that agreement on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk, entitled "Agreement" ("Maintenance Agreement") <br /> <br />10516 <br />
