<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />r ~:djk 5/29/87 (#19) <br />JUN 1 1987 <br /> <br />10521 ORIGINAL <br /> <br />N o. <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SUBMITTAL DATE FOR PROPOSED <br />BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1987-88, SETTING TIME AND PLACE <br />FOR HEARING THEREON, AND ESTABLISHING DATE OF ADOPTION <br />OF THE FINAL BUDGET FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51 of the Charter <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, June 8, 1987, is hereby established <br /> <br />as the date upon which the proposed budget for 1987-88 fiscal <br /> <br />year shall be submitted to this Council by the City Manager. <br /> <br />2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51.5 of the <br /> <br />Charter of the City of Redwood City, July 6, 1987, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, <br /> <br />at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and <br /> <br />Records, Redwood City, California, is hereby set as the time and <br /> <br />place for public hearing on the budget for fiscal year 1987-88; <br /> <br />said date is hereby established as the date of introduction for <br /> <br />the ordinance adopting said budget; and July 20, 1987, is hereby <br /> <br />established as the date of final adoption of said ordinance. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />cause notice to be published of the availability for inspection <br /> <br />of copies of the proposed budget, and stating the time and place <br /> <br />at which the Council will hold a public hearing thereon in <br /> <br />accordance with Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10521 <br />
