<br />- 12 - <br /> <br />THENCE; South 64 Degrees, 05 Minutes West, along the Southerly line of said <br />lands, a distance of 125.0 feet more or less to the most Southerly corner <br />thereof. Said corner being also a point on the Northeasterly line of Lathrop <br />Street and a point on the Southwesterly line of Block 6 as said Street and <br />Block are shown on that certain map entitled "HANCOCK'S ADDITION TO REDWOOD <br />CITY", which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San <br />Mateo on February 21, 1862, in Book "E" of Maps at Page 43, and a copy <br />entered in Volume 1 of Maps at Page 80. <br /> <br />THENCE; continuing South 64 Degrees, 05 Minutes West, across Lathrop Street, <br />to a point of intersection with the Northeasterly line of El Camino Real. <br /> <br />THENCE; Northwesterly, along the Northeasterly line of El Camino Real, North <br />48 Degrees West to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />
