<br />DES:sh 6/3/87 (#19) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />!i2.10527 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 8 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE RIDE ON <br />ROLLER WITH TRAILER: AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />PURCHASE DOCUMENTS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Clerk advertised for bids for the purchase <br /> <br />One Ride On Roller with Trailer for use by the Redwood City <br /> <br />General Services Department: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, three (3) bids were <br /> <br />received: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Case <br /> <br />Power <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Equipment <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />San Leandro, <br /> <br />California, is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the <br /> <br />intention and desire of this Council to accept the bid of said <br /> <br />company: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Case Power and Equipment, San Leandro, <br /> <br />California, for One Ride on Roller with Trailer at a cost of <br /> <br />$ 2 0,283.99, computed in accordance with said bidder's proposal <br /> <br />dated May 13, 1987, for the sale of One Ride on Roller with <br /> <br />Trailer is hereby accepted: said bidder is hereby found and <br /> <br />declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for said One Ride on <br /> <br />Roller with Trailer: and all other bids are hereby rejected. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute all documents on behalf of the City of Redwood City for <br /> <br />the purchase of said One Ride on Roller with Trailer in <br /> <br />accordance with the abovementioned bid proposal, a copy of which <br /> <br />proposal is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />1 052 7 <br />
