<br />Section 10. Reauisitions. The Housing Officer of the City, or his designee, or the <br />City Manager, or his designee. are each hereby authorized and directed to execute one or <br />more requisitions authorizing the designated trustee under the Indenture, to pay the cost of <br />issuing the Bonds from the proceeds of the Bonds pursuant to the Indenture. <br /> <br />Section 11. Other Acts. The officers of the City are hereby authorized and <br />directed, jointly and severally, to do any and all things, to execute and deliver any and all <br />documents. including but not limited to, a final Official Statement relating to the Bonds, <br />which they may deem necessary or advisable in order to consummate the issuance, sale <br />and delivery of the Bonds, or otherwise to effectuate the purposes of this Resolution, and <br />such actions previously taken by such officers are hereby ratified and confirmed. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
