<br />DAS:sp 7/2/87 (#20) <br /> <br />OHIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10555 <br /> <br />.JUt 6 <br /> <br />1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR BROADWAY <br />IMPROVEMENTS AND REHABILITATION REPAIRS PROJECT 1987 <br />AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for the Broadway Improvements and Rehabilitation <br /> <br />Repairs Project 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> <br />and Specifications For Broadway Improvements Rehab Repairs 1987 <br /> <br />Ci ty of Redwood City, Calif.", prepared by Wilsey & Ham and on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />bids <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />provided <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />abovementioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10555 <br />
