<br />SWC:sr 7/2/87 (#20) <br /> <br />JUL 6 1987 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.I0556 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS FOR TENNIS COURT <br />IMPROVEMENTS, RED MORTON COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for the Tennis Court Improvements, Red Morton <br /> <br />Community Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> <br />and Specifications For Tennis Court Improvements Red Morton <br /> <br />Communi ty Center City of Redwood City, California", prepared by <br /> <br />Singer and Hodges, Landscape Architects, a copy of which Contract <br /> <br />Documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2.
