<br />JUL 2 7 1987 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1 0 5 6 0 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS, ORDERING <br />THE FORMATION OF SEAPORT BOULEVARD LANDSCAPE <br />MAINTENANCE DISTRICT AND ORDERING THAT THE <br />ALTERNATIVE METHOD FOR THE LEVY OF BENEFIT <br />ASSESSMENTS BE MADE APPLICABLE THERETO <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, California, as. follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 1895, adopted April 16, 1984, the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />Maintenance District Ordinance, said Council did on the 8th <br /> <br />day of June, 1987, adopt its Resolution No. 10534, "A <br /> <br />Resolution of Intention to Form Seaport Boulevard Landscape <br /> <br />Maintenance District and to Order that the Alternative Method <br /> <br />for the Levy of Benefit Assessments Be Made Applicable <br /> <br />Thereto" ; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said City did in said Resolution declare <br /> <br />its intent to order the formation of a maintenance district <br /> <br />in a portion of said City more particularly described in <br /> <br />said Resolution, and to order that the costs and expenses of <br /> <br />maintaining and operating the local public improvements more <br /> <br />particularly described in Exhibit "c" of said Resolution, <br /> <br />including the costs of necessary repairs, replacements, fuel, <br /> <br />power, electrical current, care, supervision and any and all <br /> <br />other items necessary for the proper maintenance and operation <br /> <br />10560 <br />
