<br />I <br /> <br />SEAPORT BOULEVARD LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF MAINTENANCE WORK <br /> <br />The furnishing of services and materials for the ordinary and <br />usual maintenance, operation and servicing of the following <br />improvements: <br /> <br />(a) Providing for the life, growth, health, and beauty of <br />landscaping along Seaport Boulevard (excluding median land- <br />scaping) including cultivation, irrigation, trimming, <br />spraying, fertilizing, and treating for disease or injury. <br /> <br />(b) The removal of trimmings, rubbish, debris, and other <br />solid waste along Seaport Boulevard (excluding rubbish from <br />the median thereof). <br /> <br />(c) The provision of services, materials and equipment for <br />the maintenance, operation, repair, and servicing of the <br />retention basin storm drain pump station including acquisition <br />of electrical power. <br /> <br />(d) The provision of a yearly application of an algicide to <br />the retention basin. <br /> <br />(e) The provision of all serVlces, materials, and equipment <br />for the maintenance, repair and flushing of the storm drain <br />system within Seaport Boulevard. <br /> <br />(f) The provision of all services, materials, and equipment <br />for the maintenance, operation, repair and servicing of the <br />landscaping pump stations, gravity storm sewers to said pump <br />stations and force mains therefrom, including acquisition of <br />electrical power. <br /> <br />(g) The rental of lands of Southern Pacific Transportation <br />Company for installation of landscaping and related support <br />facilities thereon. <br /> <br />(h) The provision of replacements, additions, and betterment <br />to the above enumerated facilities. <br /> <br />(i) All necessary incidental expenses pursuant to Section <br />22526 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br />California. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT C <br />
