<br />WHEREAS, all written protests and other written <br /> <br />communications were publicly read at said meeting and all <br /> <br />persons desiring to be heard were fully heard on any of said <br /> <br />matters; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council, at the conclusion of said <br /> <br />hearing, has determined that the extent of said assessment <br /> <br /> <br />district should be modified to exclude certain properties <br /> <br /> <br />proposed to be included therein and that said budget and the <br /> <br /> <br />amount of assessment to be levied for the fiscal year 1987- <br /> <br /> <br />1988 against each lot or parcel of property should be modified; <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the formula upon and by which annual <br /> <br />assessment levies for the payment of said costs and expenses <br /> <br />must be modified due to typographical error without in any <br /> <br />way affecting said annual levies; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Board is fully informed in the matter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED AND <br />ORDERED, as follows: <br /> <br />-3- <br />
