<br />DAS:sh 7/22/87 (#20) <br /> <br />JUL 27 1987 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10567 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR DESIGN DOCUMENTS REVIEW SERVICES FOR CITY <br />HALL REMODELING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City required a consultant for <br /> <br />design documents review for the City Hall remodeling project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City engaged Professional <br /> <br />Management Associates of San Francisco, California to perform <br /> <br />such services; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Professional Management Associates entitled "Agreement _ <br /> <br />Design Documents Review Services for City Hall Remodeling", a <br /> <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk and to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10567 <br />
