RES 0 L UTI 0 N No.10574 JUL 27 1987 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF SEQUOIA VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain final map (including any dedications or easements described therein) of Sequoia Village Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Carroll/Resources Engineering Management, consultant for Joseph Brady, owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City

<br />DAS:sh 7/21/87 (#20) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.10574 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUL 27 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF SEQUOIA <br />VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT <br />TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br />AN OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications or <br /> <br />easements described therein) of Sequoia Village Subdivision in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />prepared by Carroll/Resources <br /> <br />Engineering Management, consultant for Joseph Brady, owner of <br /> <br />record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City <br /> <br />Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, <br /> <br />is approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br />subdivider (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br />subdivider, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Sequoia Village Subdivision" wherein Owner, <br />in consideration of the approval of said map by City, shall <br />agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br />said agreement, all improvements required of OWner under the <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />Ci ty, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and <br />such other improvements designated or mentioned in said <br />agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the Owner shall furnish to City and file with <br />the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance of said Owner of all work and <br />construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in <br />said agreement, within the time therein specified, the <br />amount of said security to be Four Hundred Twenty Thousand <br />and No/100 Dollars ($420,000.00); and shall also furnish to <br />Ci ty and file with the City Clerk, a good and sufficient <br /> <br />10574 <br />
