<br />DAS:nt 8/20/87 (#20) <br /> <br />Works Projects", dated September, 1982, and the City's "Standard <br /> <br />Details", which plans, specifications and details are now on file <br /> <br /> <br />in the office of the City Engineer, are hereby approved and <br /> <br /> <br />adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the <br /> <br /> <br />abovementioned improvements shall be constructed; and <br /> <br /> <br />3.
