<br />SWC:nt 8/19/87 (#20) <br /> <br />COpy <br />AUG 24 1987 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10616 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF SEAPORT <br />CENTER UNIT NO. 3 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING <br />AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS <br />THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO DEDICATE <br />EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications or <br /> <br />easements described therein) of Seaport Center Unit No. 3 <br /> <br />Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian Kangas <br /> <br />Foulk & Assoc. for Seaport Centre Venture, a California general <br /> <br />partnership, owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br /> <br />determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative <br /> <br />map for said subdivision, is approved, subject to the following <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br />subdivider (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br />subdivider, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Seaport Center Unit No. 3 Subdivision" <br />wherein Owner, in consideration of the approval of said map <br />by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br />specified in said agreement, all improvements required of <br />OWner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of <br />said City, and such other improvements designated or <br />mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the OWner shall furnish to City and file with <br />the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance of said OWner of all work and <br /> <br />10616 <br />
