<br />AUG 24 1981 <br /> <br />ORIGl NAL <br /> <br />10619 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN MATEO COUNTY <br />CONVENTION AND VISITORS BUREAU FOR PROMOTIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and the <br /> <br />San Mateo County Convention and Visitors Bureau entitled "Amendment to <br /> <br />Agreement Between San Mateo County Convention and Visitors Bureau and the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City for Promotional Services" (form dated 8/7/87), for the <br /> <br />furnishing of certain community promotional services, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for <br /> <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10619 <br />
