<br />D1 nt <br />DAS:nt <br /> <br />9/10/87 (#20) <br />9/11/87R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10627 <br /> <br />SEP 1 4 1981 <br /> <br />-------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT ISSUED BY THE PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />'COMMISSION OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO <br />FOR THE CONTINUED USE OF PARK IMPROVEMENTS AT RED <br />MORTON COMMUNITY PARK <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain park improvements at Red Morton Community <br /> <br />Park require the continued utilization of a portion of the San <br /> <br />Francisco Water Department's right-of-way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a <br /> <br />revocable permit issued by the Public Utilities Commission of the <br /> <br />Ci ty and County of San Francisco superseding and revoking San <br /> <br />Francisco Water Department Permit No. 3165 (said Permit No. 3165 <br /> <br />was executed pursuant to City of Redwood City Resolution No. <br /> <br />7319, adopted December 9, 1974) and permitting the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City to continue occupying and utilizing certain portions <br /> <br />of the San Francisco Water Department's right-of-way subject to <br /> <br />certain conditions set forth in said revocable permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the terms of said <br /> <br />revocable permit and desires to authorize its acceptance; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain revocable permit entitled "San Francisco Water <br /> <br />Department Land Use Permit", with Drawing No. C-l065-l (dated <br /> <br />October 15, 1974 and revised June 3, 1987) attached, for the <br /> <br />continued use of park improvements at Red Morton Community Park <br /> <br />in the vicinity of Dickey, King and Vera Streets within certain <br /> <br />real property owned by the City and County of San Francisco, a <br /> <br />1 0 62 7 <br />
