<br />DAS:nt 9/9/87 (#20) <br /> <br />SEP 1 4 1987 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.I0628 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT WITH THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO IN CONNECTION <br />WITH VEHICLE PARKING FOR THE "LITTLE LEAGUE" FIELD AT <br />RED MORTON COMMUNITY PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the "Little League" fie Id at Red Morton Communi ty <br /> <br />Park requires the continued utilization for vehicle parking of a <br /> <br />portion of the San Francisco Water Department's right-of-way <br /> <br />adjacent to said Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a <br /> <br />revocable permit issued by the Public Utilities Commission of the <br /> <br />Ci ty and County of San Francisco superseding and revoking San <br /> <br />Francisco Water Department Land Use Permit No. 2230 (said Permit <br /> <br />No. 2230 was executed pursuant to City of Redwood City Resolution <br /> <br />No. 4054, adopted August 8, 1963) and permitting the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City to continue occupying and utilizing for vehicle <br /> <br />parking certain portions of the San Francisco Water Department's <br /> <br />right-of-way subject to certain conditions set forth in said <br /> <br />revocable permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the terms of said <br /> <br />revocable permit and desires to authorize its acceptance; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain revocable permit entitled "San Francisco Water <br /> <br />Department Land Use Permit" with Drawing No. B-2537-l (dated June <br /> <br />20, 1963 and revised June 10, 1987) attached, for the continued <br /> <br />use for vehicle parking of certain real property owned by the <br /> <br />1 0 628 <br />
