<br />D~ ,nt 9/10/87 (#20) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 0630 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />SEP 1 4 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT ISSUED BY THE PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO IN <br />CONNECTION WITH CONTINUED USE OF CERTAIN PARK <br />IMPROVEMENTS AT FLEISCHMAN PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain park improvements at Fleischman Park <br /> <br />require the continued utilization of a portion of the San <br /> <br />Francisco Water Department's right-of-way adjacent to said park; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a <br /> <br />revocable permit issued by the Public Utilities Commission of the <br /> <br />Ci ty and County of San Francisco superseding and revoking San <br /> <br />Francisco Water Department Land Use Permit No. 3305 (said Permit <br /> <br />No. 3305 was executed pursuant to City of Redwood City Resolution <br /> <br />No. 8106, adopted July 17, 1978) and permitting the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City to continue occupying and utilizing certain portions <br /> <br />of the San Francisco Water Department's right-of-way subject to <br /> <br />certain conditions set forth in said revocable permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the terms of said <br /> <br />revocable permit and desires to authorize its acceptance; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain revocable permit entitled "San Francisco Water <br /> <br />Department Land Use Permit", with Drawing No. B-4062-1 (dated <br /> <br />June 7, 1978 and revised June 10, 1987) attached, to be used in <br /> <br />connection with the continued use by the City of Redwood City of <br /> <br />the play area at Fleischman Park within certain real property <br /> <br />1 0 630 <br />
