<br />SWC:djk 9/21/87 (#21) <br /> <br />SEP 2 8 1987 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 10641 <br /> <br />OR/G/NtlL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY TO CHANGE THE DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN LANDS <br />IN THE VICINITY OF 601 DORY LANE FROM "PUBLIC FACILITY" <br />TO "LOW-DENSITY RESIDENTIAL" (DORY LANE SCHOOL SITE) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a proposal <br /> <br />to amend the General Plan to change the designation of certain <br /> <br />lands in the vicinity of 601 Dory Lane, as specified in Exhibit <br /> <br />"A" hereof, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, <br /> <br />from "Public Facility" to "Low-Density Residential"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said proposed amendment has been duly reviewed by <br /> <br />the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City, and <br /> <br />forwarded by <br /> <br />said Commission to this Council with the <br /> <br />recommendation that the proposed amendment be adopted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council, after public hearing duly noticed and <br /> <br />held, desires to amend the General Plan in the manner proposed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain proposed amendment to the General Plan of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City revising the designation of certain lands <br /> <br />shown on Exhibit <br /> <br />"A" <br /> <br />hereof <br /> <br />from <br /> <br />" Public Facility" <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />"Low-Density Residential" is hereby approved as set forth in said <br /> <br />Exhibit. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10641 <br />
