<br />SW <br /> <br />.1t <br /> <br />09/21/87 (#20)ORIGfNAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LIBRARY DIRECTOR TO DESTROY <br />CERTAIN PUBLIC RECORDS <br /> <br />1 0 651 <br /> <br />SEP 2 8 1987 <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 34090, the head <br /> <br />of a city department with approval of the City Council by <br /> <br />destroy any city record under such department head' s charge, <br /> <br />resolution, and Upon written consent of the City Attorney, may <br /> <br />after the same is no longer needed; and <br /> <br />Attorney and to this Council for approval a list of public <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Library Director has presented to the City <br /> <br />Director proposes to destroy; and <br /> <br />records which are no longer needed, and which the Library <br /> <br />requested destruction; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Attorney has given written consent to such <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />The Library is hereby authorized to destroy those certain <br /> <br />incorporated therein by reference. <br /> <br />public documents set forth on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10651 <br />
