<br />~:nt 10/05/87 (#20) <br />SWC:nt 10/l2/87R <br /> <br />1 0 653 <br /> <br />OCT 1 2 1987 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES IN COOPERATION WITH <br />THE REDWOOD CITY CONSORTIUM FOR SCHOOL-AGE CHILD CARE <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. <br /> <br />10652 <br /> <br />adopted <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />12th , 1987, the City has approved execution of that <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Contract Between San Mateo County <br /> <br />Department of Social Services and the City of Redwood City for <br /> <br />the Redwood City Consortium for School-Age Child Care", whereby <br /> <br />the County will finance, and the City will administer, as agent <br /> <br />for the Redwood City Consortium for School-Age Child Care <br /> <br />("Consortium"), a program for the development of child care <br /> <br />resources in the City of Redwood City for the period November 1, <br /> <br />1987 - October 31, 1988; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the aforesaid agreement, the City is <br /> <br />required to retain a professional consultant to carry out certain <br /> <br />duties specified in said agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />agreement for consulting services, and it is the desire of this <br /> <br />Council to approve such agreement and to authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement (form dated 10/05/87), by and between <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City and Kristen Anderson, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, and to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to <br /> <br />1 0 653 <br />
