<br />fl2\S: sb 10/29/87 (# 0 ) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10670 <br /> <br />NOV 2 1987 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 1-64 AND CAMP DRESSER & MCKEE, INC., FOR <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH PREPARATION OF <br />A REDWOOD SHORES PUMP STATION ANALYSIS AND A SANITARY <br />SEWER SYSTEM MASTER PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 <br /> <br />requires engineering services in connection with preparation of a <br /> <br />the Redwood Shores pump station analysis and a sanitary sewer <br /> <br />system master plan for Redwood Shores; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc., has represented to the <br /> <br />District that it is experienced and qualified to perform all of <br /> <br />the abovementioned services as further described in the proposed <br /> <br />agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />ACTING FOR AND ON BEHALF OF REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />DISTRICT NO. 1-64, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 and Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc., <br /> <br />(form dated 10/29/87) a copy of which is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10670 <br />
