<br />l J:nt 11/5/87 (#20) <br />DAS:nt ll/09/87R <br /> <br />October 27, 1987, for Sidewalk Repair and Wheelchair Ramp Project <br /> <br />- Fiscal Year 1987-88, is hereby found and declared to be the <br /> <br />lowest bidder for said work. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement Sidewalk Repair and <br /> <br />Wheelchair Ramp Project - Fiscal Year 1987-88", by and between <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City and AMBO Engineering, Inc. for the <br /> <br />performance of said work in accordance with the abovementioned <br /> <br />bid proposal and a change order for additional work under the <br /> <br />Project in the amount of Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred Two and <br /> <br />50/100 Dollars <br /> <br />($15,702.50) <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is <br /> <br />presently on file in the office of the City Clerk to which <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the <br /> <br />terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />3. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of the <br /> <br />aforemention AMBO Engineering, Inc. is hereby waived. <br /> <br />4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br /> <br />upon execution by it of the contract for the performance of said <br /> <br />work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon <br /> <br />award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
