WITHIN WOODSIDE ROAD IN SAN MATEO COUNTY ArID LANDS OF NAKANO TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY" COP'( WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Mateo (LAFCO) adopted its Resolution No. 654 on April 21, 1982, making determinations and approving the proposed annexation A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated to the City of Redwood City of the territory described in "Exhibit herein; and annexation were initially commenced upon petition of O.K. DevelopMent WHEREAS, preliminary proceedings with respect to said and Investment Co.; and WHEREAS, the distinctive short form designation assigned by LAFCO to the territory proposed to be annexed is "Annexation of Lands of D.K. Development and Investment Co. (12.34 ac.) and (.04 ac.) within Woodside ~oad in San Mateo county and Lands of Nakano to the City of Redwood City;" and WHEREAS, LAFCO has determined that the territory proposed to be annexed, is uninhabited and that annexation by the city of Redwood City may be undertaken pursuant to the Municipal organization Act of 1977; and WHEREAS, the reason for the proposed annexation, as set forth in the proposal thereof submitted to LAFCO, is to allow territory, substantially surrounded by the city of Redwood City and substantiaily developed, to be annexed to facilitate the EXHIBIT ~'c;'''' , 9160
