I 0 704 ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL LANDSCAPE SERVICES <br />MARLIN PARK AND SHANNON WAY PLAYGROUND, REDWOOD SHORES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Landscape <br /> <br />Architectural <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />for Marlin Park and Shannon Way <br /> <br />Playground, Redwood Shores" by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Singer and Hodges, Inc., a copy of which agreement is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, and to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved; <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10704 <br />
