8 1988 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 1 0 71 7 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PLYMOUTH TRACT SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; REMOVING NON-ACCESS RESTRICTION ON SYCAMORE COURT; CONDITIONALLY APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. <br />DAS~-'lik <br />DAS jk <br /> <br />02/03/88 (#21) <br />02/08/88R <br /> <br />City Attorney securing the payment by Owners of all bills <br />for labor and materials incurred in the construction of any <br />and all said improvements, and the doing of all other work <br />therein agreed to be done by Owners, the amount of said <br />security to be One Hundred Ninety-seven Thousand and No/100 <br />Dollars ($197,000.00). Said Owners shall have prepared <br />complete "as built" plans prior to the release of the <br />"faithful performance" and "labor and material" bonds <br />described herein. <br /> <br />(c) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the Owners shall pay all charges for <br />engineering, inspection, laboratory and field testing, water <br />supply, and all other applicable fees and charges, wi thin <br />ten (10) days after billing by the City Collector. <br /> <br />(d) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the Owners shall agree that for one (1) year <br />following acceptance by the City Council of the improvements <br />mentioned in said agreement, they shall guarantee the <br />workmanship and materials of all work and construction of <br />all said improvements; and that as a condition precedent to <br />the acceptance of said improvements by the City Council, <br />Owners shall furnish to City and file with the City Clerk a <br />good and sufficient security, securing compliance of Owner's <br />guarantee hereunder. Said security shall be in the amount <br />of Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred and No/100 Dollars <br />($19,700.00), and shall be effective for a period of one (1) <br />year after acceptance of the improvements by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />(e) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, Owners shall deposit Thirteen Thousand Five <br />Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($13,550.00) for plan check <br />and inspection fees. Any part of the deposit not utilized <br />by City for payment of its services, shall be returned to <br />the Owners. The Owners understand and agree that the amount <br />of deposit is an estimate and agree to pay any additional <br />amount for plan check and inspection services provided by <br />City. <br /> <br />(f) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, Owners shall furnish to the City and file with <br />the City Clerk, proof of public liability and property <br />damage insurance as required by the above-described <br />agreement. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />2.
