OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DESCRIPTION All that certain real property situate in the ~ity of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: A PORTION OF BLOCK 48 as described in that certain GRANT DEED from Irene Gardner, an unmarried woman, to the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California recorded June 20, 1968 in Volume 5491 of Official Records at Page 70 in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, and as described in that certain GRANT DEED from William E. Robins and Phyllis R. Robins, his wife, to the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California recorded August 6, 1968 in Volume 5512 of Official Records at Page 638 in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California. Said PORTION OF BLOCK 48, as designated on the map entitled "MAP OF THE EASTERN ADDITION OF REDWOOD CITY" which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on November 3, 1862 in Book 2 of Miscellaneous Records at page 85 and in Book 1 of Maps, Page 81, is more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point of intersection of the Northeasterly line of Middle- field Road (Formerly Phelps Street) with the Southeasterly line of Pine Street, as said streets appear on the map above referred to. THENCE; Southeasterly on and along the Northeasterly line of Middlefield Road (Formerly Phelps Street), S610 40' OO"E a distance of 96.86 feet. THENCE; N280 24' 15"E a distance of 49.81 feet. THENCE; N610 39' 29"Wa distance of 96.34 feet to a point on the South- easterly line of Pine Street. THENCE; Southwesterly on and along the Southeasterly line of Pine Street, S280 25' 30"W a distance of 49.82 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
