<br />SWC-djk 03/15/88 (#21) <br />SW~ ljk 03/18/88R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10742 <br /> <br />COpy <br />MAR 2 1 J9B8 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT RELATING TO CERTAIN CITY <br />OWNED REAL PROPERTY FOR USE AS TEMPORARY SALES OFFICE <br />(SHANNON WAY PLAYGROUND) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Masado Development Corporation has requested <br /> <br />permission to locate a temporary sales trailer on a portion of <br /> <br />the future Shannon Way Playground, a portion of Lot 3, Sandpiper <br /> <br />Subdivision Unit No.2, owned by the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />grant a revocable encroachment permit permitting such use, <br /> <br />subject to certain specified terms and conditions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a <br /> <br />revocable encroachment permit to Masado Development Corporation <br /> <br />to locate a temporary sales trailer on a portion of the future <br /> <br />Shannon Way Playground located at Davit Lane and Shannon Way, <br /> <br />next to the City's existing pump station, which permit shall not <br /> <br />be effective until such time as Masado Development Corporation <br /> <br />executes an acceptance of its terms and conditions. <br /> <br />2. The permit herein granted shall be in the form of that <br /> <br />certain permit entitled "Grant of Revocable Permit - Shannon Way <br /> <br />Playground" (form dated 03/18/88R), which form is attached hereto <br /> <br />and incorporated herein by reference, including the description <br /> <br />of that property subject to said permit, which is set forth in <br /> <br />* <br /> <br /> <br />Dept. <br /> <br />"Exhibit A" thereof. <br /> <br />Fax # <br />
