A typical way to <br />obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: <br /> <br />Experience: <br /> <br />Two years of experience in adult education with emphasis on <br />teaching reading; experience in Working with volunteers in any <br />context. <br /> <br />Training: <br /> <br />Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or <br />university with major Course work in education, particularly <br />adult education, human serv ices, social sciences or a related <br />field. <br /> <br />license or Certificate <br /> <br />Possession of, or abflity to obtain, an appropriate, valid California <br />driver's license. <br /> <br />48 <br />
