<br />PAGE 3 OF EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />City of Redwood City <br />Housing Office (Continued) <br /> <br />Abil ity to: <br /> <br />Perform complex administrative and analytical work in the area of <br />housing. <br /> <br />Coordinate a complex program involving various disciplines. <br /> <br />Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with business, <br />governmental agencies and diverse community groups. <br /> <br />Analyze and compile technical and statistical information and to prepare <br />and present technical reports. <br /> <br />Meet appropriate physical demands necessary for adequate job <br />performance. <br /> <br />Experience and Education <br /> <br />Any combination equivalent to experience and education that could likely <br />provide the required knowledge and abilities would be qualifying. A <br />typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: <br /> <br />Experience: <br /> <br />Three years of responsible administrative experience in community <br />development, housing programs, or a related field. <br /> <br />Education: <br /> <br />Equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or <br />university in planning or a related field. Coursework in real <br />estate, development, and financing is desirable. <br /> <br />License or Certificate <br /> <br />Possession of a valid California Driver's License. <br />
