<br />DAS:bjl 4/21/88 (#22) <br /> <br />APR 2 5 1988 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10775 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND SVERDRUP <br />CORPORATION RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES <br />FOR MAIN STREET BRIDGE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br />ORIGINAl <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Redwood City requires a consultant for <br /> <br />construction bridge inspection services for Main Street Bridge <br /> <br />reconstruction project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Sverdrup <br /> <br />Corporation of San Francisco, California to perform such <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />approval <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Sverdrup <br /> <br />Corporation <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />provide <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />abovementioned services to City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty and Sverdrup Corporation entitled "Agreement Construction <br /> <br />Inspection Services Main Street Bridge Reconstruction Project", <br /> <br />attached hereto, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement, with <br /> <br />attestation by the City Clerk, for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10775 <br />
