<br />DAS~hjl 5/13/88 <br /> <br />(#22) <br /> <br />bidder's proposal dated May 10, 1988, is hereby found and <br /> <br />declared to be the lowest bid for said work. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Broadway Sidewalks <br /> <br /> <br />Demonstration Replacement Project", by and between the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City and Golden Bay Construction, Inc. for the <br /> <br /> <br />performance of said work in accordance with the abovementioned <br /> <br /> <br />bid proposal, a copy of which agreement is presently on file in <br /> <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk to which reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />3. Any informalities in the aforementioned bid of the <br /> <br /> <br />aforementioned Golden Bay Construction, Inc. is hereby waived. <br /> <br />4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />return to the unsuccessful bidder, and to the successful bidder <br /> <br /> <br />upon execution by it of the contract for the performance of said <br /> <br />work, all securities guaranteeing execution of the contract upon <br /> <br />award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
