This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption, <br /> <br />provided, however, that the rates, fees, and charges established <br /> <br />pursuant to the provisions hereof shall be operative on and after <br /> <br />the first day of the regular billing period applicable for the <br /> <br />premises to which service is furnished next following June 1, <br /> <br />1988. <br /> <br />3. Resolution No. 9359 entitled, "Resolution Amending <br /> <br />Section 3 of the Rules and Regulations of the Redwood City Water <br /> <br />Department, Relating to Water Rates", adopted June 6, 1983 by the <br /> <br />Council of Redwood City is hereby rescinded, effective from and <br /> <br />after the operative date of the rates established pursuant to <br /> <br />this resolution. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />3 <br />
