This permit is issued <br />pursuant to Resolution No. * made and entered * by the Council of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />The permission herein is granted to Boardwalk Motor Car Group and the <br />KAINOS Home and Training Center (hereinafter, for convenience, called <br />"Permittee"). This permit is subject to the following terms and <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. Boardwalk Baylands 10k Race. The Boardwalk Baylands 10k Race <br />shall be sponsored and conducted by Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time without <br />cause by the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. Nontransferability. This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. Location. The activities herein permitted shall be conducted <br />on the route marked on the attached map, entitled "Exhibit A". <br /> <br />5. Dates, Time. The Boardwalk Baylands 10k Race shall be conducted <br />on Sunday, June 12, 1988, from 9:00 am to 11:30 am. <br /> <br />6. Course Control. Those portions of the B~ardwalk Baylands 10k <br />Race taking place in the public rights-of-way shall occur in a manner and <br />shall be limited to that area designated by the Chief of Police. Should <br />the Chief of Police determine that the provision of Police Officers is <br />required for the control of traffic in connection with said Race, <br />Permittee agrees to reimburse City for costs associated therewith. <br /> <br />r- <br />
