<br />DES' il 07/05/88 (#22) <br /> <br />increase or decrease the allocation of Capacity Rights reserved <br />and conveyed to District under the Basic Agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled "First Supplemental <br />Agreement Sanitary Sewerage Treatment Capacity Rights and <br />Services" (form dated 07/05/88) by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />and the Fair Oaks Sewer Maintenance District, supplementing the <br />Basic Agreement and conditionally consenting to the annexation to <br />the District of certain therein described territory, a copy of <br />which agreement is on file of the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and behalf <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
