RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 10845 RESOLUTION FOR PARKING METER ZONES PROPOSING RATES AND TIME SCHEDULES; SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON SAID RATES BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 20.117(b) of the Code of the City of Redwood City and Section 35560 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, the following parking meter zones for publicly controlled parking lots in the Ci ty of Redwood City are hereby established, and the following rates and time schedules applicable for each such zone are hereby proposed
