JONA) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain amendment to agreement entitled "Amendment to <br /> <br />Agreement for Salaried Contract Appointment - (Thomas K. Jona) " <br /> <br />(form dated 8/4/88) by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and Thomas K. <br /> <br />Jona, (providing for the furnishing of project coordination and <br /> <br />inspection services with respect to the Fair Oaks Senior Center <br /> <br />Addition, modifications to the existing main library when <br /> <br />vacated, design of the new Police Facility, and other public <br /> <br />works improvements), a copy of which amendment is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved; and the <br /> <br />City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />amendment to agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10861 <br />
