<br />Legal Description <br /> <br />Vacation of Nonaccess Line <br /> <br />All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County <br />of San ~hteo, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />Being a portion of the Northeasterly boundary of Lot 2 as shown upon that <br />certain Map entitled "Shores Center Unit No. I" recorded in Volume 106 of <br />Maps at Pages 3 through 5, San Mateo County Records, more particularly <br />described as follows; <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the most easterly corner of said Lot 2 being also a point on <br />the southerly line of Twin Dolphin Drive as said lot and drive are shown <br />on the aforesaid map; <br /> <br />Thence westerly along the southerly line of Twin Dolphin Drive being also <br />the arc of a curve concave to the south to which a radial line bears North <br />330 25' 19" East, having a radius of 955.00 feet through a central angle <br />I <br />of 80 43' 09" an arc distance of 145.33 feet to a point being the <br />termination of this description. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />2 Of 2 <br />
