<br />AUG 2 2 1988 <br /> <br />ORIGI Nf\L <br /> <br />(7/15/88) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10875 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH KAINOS HOME AND TRAINING CENTER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kainos Home and Training Center has been established <br /> <br />for the principal purpose of providing homes and vocational training <br /> <br />for mentally retarded adults in Redwood City: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kainos Horne and Training Center of Redwood City has <br /> <br />requested financial assistance for use by it in conducting its <br /> <br />activities during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1988 and ending <br /> <br />June 30, 1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests and <br /> <br />desires to pay to the Kainos Horne and Training Center of Redwood City <br /> <br />the sum of FOUR THOUSAND NINE-HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/lOa DOLLARS <br />($4,925.00); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> <br />agreement between the City of Redwood City and the Kainos Horne and <br /> <br />Training Center of Redwood City, and it is the intention and desire of <br /> <br />this Council to approve the same: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />10875 <br />
