<br />DES'djk 08/l5/88 (#21) <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. lOR 92 <br /> <br />AUG 2. 2 1988 <br />07IG!NAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PERSONAL <br />SERVICES (PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT CONSULTING) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 10411 adopted January <br /> <br />19, 1987 this City entered into an agreement dated January 21, <br /> <br />1987 with Warkentin (Ken) Schroeter, Planning and Management <br /> <br />Consul tant (the "Basic Agreement"), for the performance of a <br /> <br />certain Work Program described in paragraph 1 of the Basic <br /> <br />Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties to the agreement desire to change the <br /> <br />Work Program by substituting consulting services for the <br /> <br />preparation of an Economic General Plan Element for those <br /> <br />specified in the Basic Agreement relating to a Human Services <br /> <br />General Plan Element; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council a supplement to the Basic Agreement providing for the <br /> <br />foregoing substitution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Supplemental Agreement" <br /> <br />(form dated 08/15/88) by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and Warkentin <br /> <br />(Ken) Schroeter, Planning and Management Consultant, providing <br /> <br />for the aforementioned change in the Work Program under the Basic <br /> <br />Agreement, a copy of which supplemental agreement is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />10892 <br />
