Those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plans for <br /> <br />Sandpiper Lagoon Unit No.2" and those certain specifications <br /> <br />enti tIed "Technical Specifications for Si te Improvements, <br /> <br /> <br />Sandpiper Lagoon unit No.2", which plans and specifications are <br /> <br />now on file in the office of the City Engineer are hereby <br /> <br /> <br />approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to <br /> <br /> <br />which the abovementioned improvements shall be constructed; and <br /> <br />3. <br />Redwood <br /> <br />That <br />City <br /> <br />certain proposed <br />and said Owners, <br /> <br />agreement between the City of <br />entitled "Agreement for the <br /> <br />Improvement of Sandpiper Lagoon unit No. 2 Subdivision", a copy <br /> <br />of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which <br /> <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br />hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />4.
