<br />DAS:~~ 1l/22/88 (#23/049) <br /> <br />NOV 2 8 1988 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N 2.1 0 93 7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR MAP REVIEW AND PLAN CHECKING SERVICES <br />FOR THE INDIAN CREEK SUBDIVISION PROJECT <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert map review <br /> <br />and plan checking services for the Indian Creek Subdivision <br /> <br />Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Barrett Consulting Group, Inc., Consulting Engineers, <br /> <br />represents that it is qualified to furnish such expert map review <br /> <br />and plan checking services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by <br /> <br />Barrett Consulting Group, Inc., and this Council desires to <br /> <br />approve and authorize its execution for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Map Review and Plan <br /> <br />Checking Services Indian Creek Subdivision Project" (form dated <br /> <br />11/22/88) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California and Barrett Consulting <br /> <br />Group, Inc., providing for the furnishing of expert map review <br /> <br />and plan checking services with respect to the Indian Creek <br /> <br />Subdivision Project, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10937 <br />
