<br />Being a strip of land for storm drain pump station easement purposes, over,
<br />under and across a portion of Lot "P as shown on that cprtain map of
<br />Sandpiper Lagoon Unit No. 1 recorded in Volume 117 of Maps at Pages 10-14,
<br />San Mateo County Records, situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San
<br />Mateo, State of California, and more particularly described as follows:

<br />Begi nn i ng at the Southeasterl y corner of the herei n descri bed easement,
<br />being also a Southwesterly corner of that certain "Pump Station Easement"
<br />shown as Exhibit 2 in Document Number 86171551, San Mateo County Records,
<br />being also a point at the Westerly terminus of a course from last said
<br />Document, said course being "... thence continUing Westerly along said
<br />Sanitary Sewer Easement boundary on the arc of a curve to the right whose
<br />radius bears North 15054'29" West for 881.00 feet, through a central angle
<br />of 11034'17" along an arc distance of 177.93 feet;...", and running by
<br />bearings based on last said Document and by ground distances in feet and
<br />decimals thereof; thence, (1) continuing- along the prolongation of the
<br />Northerly boundary of said Sanitary Sewer Easement in a Westerly direction
<br />along a curve to the right, whose radius point bears North 04.20'04" West
<br />for 881.00 feet, along an arc length of 2.77 feet and through a central
<br />angle of 00010'48", to a point of cusp on the Easterly line of that certain
<br />private road "Waterside Circle" as shown on said map of Sandpiper Lagoon
<br />Unit No.1; thence, (2) Northerly along a curve to the left, whose radius
<br />point bears North 81054'26" West for 112.00 feet. along an arc length of
<br />25.19 feet and through a central angle of 12053'03", along last said
<br />Easterly line, to a point of non-tangent curvature at the Westerly cornman
<br />corner of said Lot "F" and Lot 15 of said map of Sandpiper Lagoon Unit No.
<br />1; thence. (3) Easterly along last said common line along a curve to the
<br />left, whose radius point bears North 04019'28" West for 856.00 feet, along
<br />an arc length of 2.71 feet and through a central angle of 00'10'52", to a
<br />point of non-tangent curvature at the Northwesterly corner of said uPump
<br />Station Easement", thence, (4) Southerly along the Westerly line of last
<br />said easement along a curve to the right, whose radius paint bears South
<br />8S"13J031' West for 114.71 feet, along an arc length of 25.18 feet and
<br />through a central angle of 12034'47", said Westerly line in said easement
<br />,being described as "...having a radius of 114.50 feet, through a central
<br />angle of 12036'03" along an arc distance of 25.18 feet...", to the point of
<br />beginning and containing an area of 68 square feet.
