Subject to the provisions of paragraph 3 hereof, that <br />portion of Beech Street more particularly described in Exhibit <br />"A" and depicted on Exhibit "B", (which Exhibits are attached <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein) is hereby <br />vacated. <br /> <br /> 3. The vacation hereinabove ordered shall not be effective <br />unless the conditions set forth in Exhibit C shall have been <br />satisfied within one (1) year from the date of adoption hereof, <br />and the City Clerk is hereby directed not to file this resolution <br />with the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo until said <br />conditions have been satisfied; but upon satisfaction of said <br />conditions the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />submit a certified copy of this resolution to said Recorder for <br />recordation. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
