<br />DAS:mmg 01/11/89 (#23/060) <br /> <br />(d) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, Owner shall deposit Two Thousand Three Hundred <br />Ten and No/100 Dollars ($2,310.00) for plan checking, <br />engineering, inspection, laboratory and field testing, water <br />supply, and all other applicable fees and charges. Any part <br />of the deposit not utilized by City for payment of its <br />services, shall be returned to the Owner. The Owner <br />understands and agrees that the amount of deposit is an <br />estimate and agrees to pay any additional amount for plan <br />check and inspection services provided by Ci ty wi thin ten <br />(10) days after billing by the City Collector. <br /> <br />(e) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, Owner shall furnish to the City and file with <br />the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public <br />liability and property damage insurance as required by the <br />above-described agreement. <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Site Plan with Utilities, <br /> <br />Grading & Drainage" and those certain specifications entitled <br />"City Standard Specifications", which plans and specifications <br /> <br />are now on file in the office of the City Engineer are hereby <br /> <br />approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to <br /> <br />which the abovementioned improvements shall be constructed; and <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and said Owner, entitled "Agreement for the <br /> <br />Improvement of Parcel Map 88-7 (1103 and 1105 Madison Avenue) <br /> <br />Subdivision ", a copy of which is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />10966 <br />
