RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP FOR CIRRUS ESTATES SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain final map (including any dedications, easements or abandoned easements described therein) of Cirrus Estates Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Cannis Consulting Engineers, consultant for The Plymouth Group, Inc. a California corporation and managing general partner, and

<br />DAS:mro~ 01/27/89 (#23/037) <br />DAS:mn 02/06/89R(#23/037) <br /> <br />checking, engineering, inspection, laboratory and field <br />testing, water supply, and all other applicable fees and <br />charges. Any part of the deposit not utilized by City for <br />payment of its services, shall be returned to the Owners. <br />The Owners understand and agree that the amount of deposit <br />is an estimate and agree to pay any additional amount for <br />plan check and inspection services provided by City within <br />ten (10) days after billing by the City Collector. <br /> <br />(e) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, Owners shall furnish to the City and file with <br />the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public <br />liability and property damage insurance as required by the <br />above-described agreement. <br /> <br />2. Those certain specifications entitled II Improvement <br /> <br />Plans for Cirrus Subdivision and those certain improvement plans <br /> <br />entitled "Subdivision Map <br /> <br />Cirrus Estates", which plans and <br /> <br />specifications are now on file in the office of the City Engineer <br /> <br />are hereby approved and adopted as the specifications and plans <br /> <br />according to which the abovementioned improvements shall be <br /> <br />constructed; and <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and said Owners, entitled "Agreement for the <br /> <br />Improvement of Cirrus Estates Subdivision", a copy of which is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />4.
