Section I of Resolution No. 10399, adopted January 12, <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The monthly and biweekly salary rates in dollars <br /> <br />are established, and the hourly equivalent rates thereof are set <br /> <br />forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> <br />reference, for each of the employee positions set forth in <br /> <br />Exhibit "A", for the designated steps thereof, and are hereby <br /> <br />made retroactive to October 1, 1988; <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />This <br /> <br />Resolution <br /> <br />shall be effective immediately; <br /> <br />date specified in Paragraph 1. above. <br /> <br />however, the salary rates shall take effect retroactive to the <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />l097Fl <br />
