<br />DAS:mF~ 1/19/89 (#23/066) <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 978 <br /> <br />Oi,iGh~f\L <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF FEB 6 1989 <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND CH2M <br />HILL RELATING TO ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF WATER STORAGE RESERVOIR NO.2, REDWOOD <br />SHORES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City plans to construct certain water storage <br /> <br />reservoir improvements to its water system at Redwood Shores; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City desires to engage CH2M Hill, California, Inc. <br /> <br />for certain services, including, but not limited to, bidding <br /> <br />assistance and engineering services during construction; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CH2M Hill, California, Inc. has represented to City <br /> <br />that it is uniquely qualified and experienced to perform all of <br /> <br />said services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />For Engineering Services for <br /> <br />Construction of-Water Storage Reservoir No.2, Redwood Shores - <br /> <br />Redwood City, California", (dated 1/19/89), a copy of which is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10978 <br />
